Restorative

A wonderful way to relieve stress! Restorative yoga is a deep, relaxing, slow- paced practice focused on stillness and stretch. Rather than deeply stretching or strengthening the muscles, this practice relies on the heavy use of props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. The props are used to comfortably support the body in order to release physical tension and calm the nervous system. This practice is sometimes woven into a slow flow which is noted as Slow Restorative Flow. Join us as we melt the body and ease the mind.

Slow Hatha Flow
