Third Eye Yoga, LLC (“Third Eye Yoga”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The purpose of this Notice is to explain Third Eye Yoga’s privacy policy with regard to how Third Eye Yoga collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information obtained through in-studio interactions, communications, and use of its website and online services.

Third Eye Yoga may collect personal information through its third-party booking and management platform, Mariana Tek, including through its related mobile application, which allows users to create accounts, schedule classes, and process payments. Information collected may include name, address, email, and payment related details necessary to facilitate services.
Third Eye Yoga utilizes third-party service providers to support its operations, including a marketing provider and communication platforms such as Twilio, which enables Third Eye Yoga to send and receive voice, messaging, and email communications and to support account-related functions. Third Eye Yoga’s website is hosted and maintained through WordPress, which may collect limited technical and usage information.
Third Eye Yoga may photograph or record activities within the studio for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on social media and other platforms. In addition, Third Eye Yoga maintains video surveillance in certain areas, including the boutique and lobby for security purposes.
Personal information may be disclosed to such third-party providers as reasonably necessary to operate Third Eye Yoga’s studio, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security practices.
• Our Use of Personal Information
Third Eye Yoga uses personal information for legitimate business purposes, including administering classes and memberships, scheduling and booking services, communication with clients, processing payments through third-party vendors, maintaining client records, and promoting Third Eye Yoga’s services. Third Eye Yoga DOES NOT disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of its services except as permitted or required by law. Third Eye Yoga’s services are not directed to children under the age of 13.
