Shannen Clark - Owner of Third Eye Yoga
Shannen initially started practicing yoga to build physical strength and flexibility but ended up falling in love with the calm, positive energy that she discovered on her mat.
Shannen strives to create strong steady flows with emphasis on connecting to the breath. She encourages each student to strengthen both their body and mind, allowing for a space of comfort and lightness while on the mat. She believes that yoga is for every body and has trained specifically to guide each individual into postures with ease.
Shannen completed her 200 hr YTT in 2015 through YogaWorks, Yoga Balance in Manchester, NH and immediately found a passion for teaching. She continued to further educate herself by completing a Yin training and multiple hands on assist trainings. She also became Reiki and Sound Healing certified. Shannen knew finding her seat at the front of the class was where she wanted to be so she completed her 300 hr YTT in 2023 through Down Under School of Yoga in Brookline, MA. Shannen’s drive to continue to help others found her to getting Pre and Postnatal certified along with Mommy and Me! She most recently completed her training of Advanced Yoga Anatomy and Breathing 101.
Shannen’s passion for teaching and learning grew as her practice evolved both on and off her mat. She enjoyed sharing her love for yoga and knowledge with others. The relationships she built on her mat sparked more and more interest in creating her own space. Shannen strives to build a space beyond the asana, the poses. Third Eye is more of a community space, a place for connection and growth.

Danielle
Danielle has been practicing yoga off and on since college, but fell into her love of the practice when she needed it the most. After the birth of her two boys, she found herself navigating motherhood with newly diagnosed autoimmune conditions. The hot room was where she learned to move, breathe, recondition, strengthen, listen and make peace with the body that (at times) didn’t feel like hers. Not only did hot yoga provide to be physically beneficial, but through dedication to her practice she experienced a profound mental shift as well. For Danielle, yoga is a gift and linking movement to breath allows us to get out of our thinking mind and explore ourselves without judgment. Danielle’s goal is to encourage and teach students how to create a practice that serves their own needs. Trained in all yoga modalities through Unity Power Yoga School, she can guide you through a variety of classes including power vinyasa, yin, flow to yin, and restorative. You can expect high energy, a fire playlist and quirky comments as she brings her most authentic self to each and every class.
